It is divided into parallel and mesh unidrectional binding tape .Mesh unidrectional binding tape is characterized by horizontal open to mesh structure. It has good electrical insulation properties, good flexibility, high tensile strength, high rigidity, good binding strength, easy rewinding utilization rate, B, F, H-class can do long-term continuous work on 130 ℃, 155 ℃, 200 ℃ condition , and its the most sutiable banding material for large motor, transformer, arrester and inductor.


Storage:Should be stored in temperature below 30 ℃ , if the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, then should be stored in the freezer.

shelf life:2 months(26-30℃)、3 months(21-25℃)、4 months(16-20℃)、6 months(11-15℃)、6 months(6-10℃)、12 months(<5℃)


1、Unidrectional binding tape removed from the refrigerator before using, should be stored in  plastic sealing and at room temperature for a day then use.

2、Binding operations can be carried out at room temperature, but the thermal binding can be better.

Thermal banding operation process

1、Preheat the workpiece to be bound:Around 80℃,1 hour。

2、Preheat the unidrectional binding tape:Should put the tape into the oven at 40 ± 5 ℃ for about 20 minutes(Notice:① preheating time should not be too long, so as to avoid premature curing resin. ② preheated tape should be run out at one time)。

3、Tying tension should not be bigger than 1000N / cm, tension should be uniform, banding speed with 10 ~ 15m / min is appropriate.

4、After binding ,the end of the tape should be locked to prevent tension loss ( Can use a thin blade to embed the end of the tape within a layer of tape ,to facilitate compression).

5、Recommended Curing temperature 155 ℃, according to the size of the workpiece, banding thickness, curing time need about 3 to 5 hours (excluding the workpiece temperature rise time)。
